Graham has been active in the Voluntary and Community Sector for over 20 years, as a paid worker, a volunteer and as a Trustee of a number of charities.
Graham has always been involved in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and has worked with victims of crime, young people, people with disabilities and people who are homeless.
Throughout his career, Graham has been involved in project management, community development, facilitating groups and workshops, training, mentoring of staff and volunteers, as well as managing service delivery of local and national projects.
Graham’s real passion is supporting people and organisations to develop and grow to their full potential, identifying and removing barriers that are holding them back.
Graham is currently the Chair of the national hate crime charity, Stop Hate UK
Graham is a member of the Association of Volunteer Managers
